#119 Elastomeric
100% Acrylic Elastomeric Wall Coating
#119 is a premium flexible elastomeric finishing system primarily for exterior masonry and is suitable for a wide variety of properly prepared surfaces. This tough flexible film bridges hairline cracks and provides protection against water penetration. #119 also will prevent new hairline cracks from breaking through the coatings. #119 is resistance to dirt pick up assures a long-lasting, good looking project for years to come.
Colors:
White, can be tinted to light pastel colors. Can also be manufactured in any color at factory in minimum of 100 gallon batches.

5 Gallon Pails.
Finish:
Flat.
Substrates:
Stucco, Plaster, Masonry, Concrete and Tilt-Up.
Drying Time:
To Touch - 1 to 2 Hours.
To Recoat - 24 Hours.
Under normal weather conditions @70° F, 50% relative humidity.
Coverage:
50-100 sq ft per gallon depending on surface texture and porosity of surface.
Solids:
By volume 44.54%, By weight 56.87%.
Surface Preperation:
All surfaces must be cured, clean and free of loose paint, dirt, dust, rust stains, grease, oil, mildew, wax, efflorescence or any other contaminants. Glossy surfaces must be dulled by sanding.
Primers:
#330 Draw-Tite, #97 Selz², #7509 Efflorescence Blocker, #95 Busan Primer.
Application:
Airless, Mastic Pump, Brush or Roll small areas. Avoid application in fog, mist or rain, do not apply is rain is eminent within 24 hours. Do not apply is air or surface temperature is below 55° F.
Caution:
Observe ordinary precautions when using this product. Wash hands before eating or smoking. Avoid breathing vapors or spray mist. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Use only with adequate ventilation. DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY! KEEP FROM FREEZING! KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN!
V.O.C.:
Does not exceed 50 grams per liter.
Thinning:
Small amount of water if required. DO NOT OVER THIN.
Clean Up:
Soap and warm water clean up.
